IT Support Engineer Poland / CEE Region (f/m/d) Place of work: Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki Technologies we use Operating system Windows Your responsibilities Ensuring IT support for users of companies ALPLA Being the first point of contact for IT engineers in the CEE region Cooperation with other team members to proactively resolve problems Advanced problem-solving – identification, analysis, and resolution of technical IT problems at second and third levels Reporting and documenting incidents and problems, Providing technical assistance and guidance to users, Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, Maintaining accurate records of incidents and problems, Developing and maintaining knowledge and expertise in IT technologies, Participating in on-call rotation for 24/7 support, Zgłaszanie i dokumentowanie incydentów i problemów, Udzielanie technicznego wsparcia i wskazówek użytkownikom, Rozwiązywanie i rozwiązywanie problemów sprzętowych i programowych, Prowadzenie dokładnych rekordów incydentów i problemów, Rozwijanie i utrzymywanie wiedzy i ekspertury w technologiach IT, Uczestnictwo w rotacji na-dzwon dla wsparcia 24/7,
