Aufgaben

Employee in our Technical Operation as Support Engineer in a currently 5-member team

• Prioritizing of 2nd and 3rd Level Tickets
• Accompanying TAC-Calls at manufacturer level
• Problem management using corresponding methods and tools like Wireshark
• Implementation of Minor- and Major Updates
• Evaluation and planning of Major Changes
• Support in Service Transitions- and Service Onboardings
• Interaction with Cisco colleagues in Professional Services
• 70% Operation, 30% Project work
• 70% Security Services, 30% Networking

Qualifikation

Skills or relevant experience (3-5 years) in:

• Firewalls, primarily Cisco Firepower, also other manufacturers
• Cisco ISE
• Cisco Umbrella, Cisco Duo
• Syslog Server such as Greylog
• LAN/WLAN Cisco Classic, Cisco Meraki, Catalyst Center
• German level at least C1

German level C1 or fluent!!!! Travel readiness present

Depending on where the residence is, once a week in the office, if from Munich then 3-4 days at a time once a month.

The role has no claim to a company car, therefore a KfZ allowance of €400 monthly.
