We are looking for

We are looking for IT Support Engineers (m/w/d) with passion for Microsoft solutions. We need techies and nerds who share their enthusiasm and have a desire for the latest technologies.

Your tasks:

• Maintenance of Microsoft 365 solutions for medium-sized and large customers.
• Active participation in the development of our portfolio.
• Responsibility for error analysis, solution, and problem management of IT disruptions within remote support.
• Taking over and processing of support calls according to customer-specific Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Forwarding and tracking of incidents at 3rd-level support, manufacturer or service partner.
• Guidance of on-site technicians from other partners worldwide.
• Documented solutions in the knowledge database.

Your profile:

• Completed technical education in the IT field and/or comparable professional experience in service-oriented IT activities.
• Practical experiences with Microsoft 365 and knowledge of current technologies.
• Experience in administrative tasks around M365, Teams, and Exchange.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS-700: Teams Administrator Associate or MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals) or comparable qualifications.
• Excellent team and communication skills.
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking (German at least B2 level).
• Residence in Germany with possibly existing work permit.
• Readiness for business trips (if necessary).
• High customer orientation, self-employed working style, and enthusiasm for new technologies.
• The handling of modern working methods does not pose a challenge for you.
