The ideal candidate will have the demonstrated ability in IT support (Level 2), systems administration, and infrastructure maintenance, with proven skills in troubleshooting, implementation, and proactive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
- Configure and maintain network devices (LAN, WAN, security systems, and telecom services).
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
- Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations with minimal disruption.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors as needed.
- Ensure regular maintenance and optimization of customer IT systems.
- Lead or contribute to infrastructure projects both remotely and on-site.
- Regularly engage with customers to resolve issues and gather business requirements.
- 3+ years in IT professional services as IT Support Engineer, Systems Administrator, or Infrastructure Engineer.
- Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Experience with Azure services and Azure Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Experience with Citrix configuration, administration, and support.
- Experience with basic Network LAN/WAN/VLAN configuration and support.
- Skills in scripting with PowerShell.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn new technologies.
- A valid driver’s license and a car.
