IT Support Engineer

In the capacity of IT Support Engineer, you will ensure support for users, IT equipment, and communications. What we are looking for?

Job Description:

• Maintenance of IT system and communication systems of the company, ensuring implementation of IT solutions that meet Lactalis group requirements.
• Providing support and assistance for computer systems, with emphasis on warehouse management systems.
• Installing and configuring hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Maintenance and monitoring of IT systems, networks, printers, and other devices.
• Diagnostics and solution of hardware or software problems.
• Replacing IT equipment parts when necessary.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Respecting diagrams and instructions for repairing or configuring systems.
• Providing support for launching new applications.
• Testing and evaluating new technologies.
