IT Support Engineer

You will be responsible for providing technical support on-site to end-users, handling user needs and ensuring the continuity of our operations.

Work Zone: Zapotlanejo, Jalisco CP 45466.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 4:30pm

Requirements

Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Systems or related fields (Students or Graduates).

3 years of experience providing technical support on-site.

Experience with some ticket management system.

Active Directory management.

Windows or Linux failure management.

Working under SLAs.

Microsoft Office management.

Preferring to have a car for transportation to the workplace.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

Technical Support on-site.

Solving equipment failures (desktops, laptops, multifunctional printers).

Installing Windows/Linux operating systems and applications.

Preventive and corrective maintenance for computer equipment and peripherals.

Active Directory support.

Networks and infrastructure.

Domain profile configuration.

Microsoft Office 365 support and configuration.

Inventory updates and maintenance for computer equipment.

Using ticket management tools, such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.
