Roles & Responsibilities: System Implementation & Configuration : Assist in the installation and configuration of IT systems, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures. System Monitoring & Maintenance : Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks. Incident Response & Escalation : Respond to and resolve technical incidents in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues as necessary. Communication & Collaboration : Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT teams and management, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution. Continuous Learning & Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices, and contribute to the development of IT processes and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field. Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and protocols. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
