Roles & Responsibilities: System Implementation & Configuration : Assist in the installation and configuration of various IT systems, including network devices, servers, and storage systems. Troubleshooting & Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT systems, including hardware, software, and network problems. Incident Management : Manage and resolve incidents related to IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Communication & Collaboration : Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, and external partners to ensure effective communication and coordination. Continuous Learning & Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices, and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support, with a focus on system implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of IT systems, including network devices, servers, and storage systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Certifications: CompTIA A+ or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL. Knowledge of biometric devices and their applications.
