Roles & Responsibilities: System Implementation & Configuration : Assist in the installation and configuration of various IT systems, including network infrastructure, servers, and storage solutions. Troubleshooting & Resolution : Identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Incident Management : Manage and track incidents from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime. Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration : Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to improve overall team performance and efficiency. Continuous Learning & Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT infrastructure support, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve processes and services. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support; Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and protocols; Excellent problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Certification in CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent desirable.
