Roles & Responsibilities: System Implementation & Configuration : Assist in the installation and configuration of various IT systems, including network infrastructure, servers, and workstations. Troubleshooting & Resolution : Identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Incident Management : Manage and track incidents from initial reporting to resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders. Knowledge Sharing & Documentation : Document knowledge gained during troubleshooting and incident management, sharing best practices and lessons learned within the team. Continuous Improvement : Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support; strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and hardware platforms; excellent problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
