Roles & Responsibilities: System Implementation & Configuration : Assist in the installation and configuration of various IT systems and applications; Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system performance, connectivity, and security; Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies; Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes; Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; At least 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, preferably in the biometric industry; Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and protocols; Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
