Roles & Responsibilities: System Implementation & Configuration : Assist in the installation and configuration of various IT systems, including network infrastructure, servers, and workstations. Troubleshooting & Resolution : Identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Incident Management : Manage and track incidents from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations. Communication & Collaboration : Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, and external partners to ensure effective communication and issue resolution. Continuous Learning & Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices through ongoing training and professional development. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field; Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and protocols; Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
