IT-Support Engineer (all genders)

Your Tasks

• Taking, qualifying, and processing IT inquiries and disturbances via phone, email, and ticket system
• Independent analysis and reproduction of problems, as well as their resolution
• Maintenance and expansion of technical documentation
• Communication with partners and end customers
• Configuration/maintenance of end devices (phones, headsets)
• Caring for our own cloud solution

Your Profile

• Tech-savvy and curious about new things
• High communication skills
• Strong service-oriented mindset
• Completed training as a specialist in computer science for system integration or equivalent qualification. Engaged professionals and career changers with relevant experience or great willingness to learn are welcome
• Good German and English language skills
• A systematic and analytical working method rounds out your profile.
• Tech knowledge in the cloud and/or VoIP environment is an advantage
