Requirements:

• min. 3-year experience in the e-commerce sector
• very good knowledge of German (min. B2+/C1+)
• good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• detailed and meticulous approach
• willingness to continuously expand your knowledge
• highly developed communication skills (within and outside the organization)
• very good organizational skills in a remote model
• analytical skills
• ease of learning and adopting new digital skills

Scope of Responsibilities:

• first-line support for customers and users
• responsibility for customer satisfaction with the products, services, and features offered in our tool
• full responsibility for reporting
• diagnosis and resolution of reported issues
• collaboration with technical teams to resolve issues
• collaboration with Wdrożeń and Onboardingu team DACH
• development and updating of knowledge base in the global IT Support department
• testing new functionalities
• participation in additional projects aligned with strengths and skills
