IT Support Coordinator

The Role As the IT Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the service desks to ensure that all tickets are being taken care of. This includes managing the ticketing system, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely manner. You will also be working closely with the IT team to resolve technical issues and provide support to end-users. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have experience in a similar role.
