Tasks

Make a difference as an IT Support & Cloud Specialist in Dordrecht
As an IT Support & Cloud Specialist, you will ensure that colleagues at all ELCEE locations can work reliably and efficiently. From Dordrecht, the IT team supports the international organization, and together with your colleagues, you will keep the Microsoft Cloud environment operational, secure, and future-proof. You will provide Global IT Support, manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, SharePoint, and more, and support with implementations and migrations. At the same time, you will look beyond daily management. You will identify opportunities for improvement around security and automation and actively contribute to the application of Microsoft Copilot, AI, and other innovative technologies within business processes.

In short, you will take control of:

• providing IT support to users within the international organization;
• managing, monitoring, and optimizing Microsoft Cloud platforms and services;
• supporting IT projects, implementations, and migrations;
• improving IT management, security, automation, and documentation;
• researching and applying AI solutions and other innovative technologies.

Do you also tick this checklist?

• minimum MBO-4 work and thinking level, preferably with an IT-related education, or demonstrably relevant IT experience;
• at least 3 years of relevant work experience in IT support, system administration, application management, or a similar role;
• experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Cloud technologies;
• good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;
• in possession of a B driver's license.

Your permanent workplace is in Dordrecht. From this location, the IT team centrally manages and supports the various international locations of ELCEE. This means you work locally, but your field of work is international. You will interact with colleagues throughout the organization and support users at different locations.
