IT Support Client Management (m/f/d) – Munich | Full-time

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as soon as possible as an "IT Support Client Management (m/f/d)".

Responsibilities

• As an IT Support employee (m/f/d), you will look after workstation systems and application software and ensure reliable IT support for internal employees
• In addition, you will support the ServiceDesk with IT inquiries, technical malfunctions, and security-relevant incidents
• Furthermore, you will manage and optimize client management, user administration, and software distribution
• Additionally, you will implement IT security requirements in the area of workstation systems and continuously develop the client environment
• You will document technical processes and solutions

Qualifications

• The basis is a qualification as a certified IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), IT system electrician (m/f/d), or a comparable IT qualification
• You have several years of professional experience as an IT Support employee (m/f/d), IT System Administrator (m/f/d), or IT Administrator (m/f/d) in the support of Microsoft workstation systems
• Very good knowledge of the administration of clients and application software, as well as experience with software distribution and user administration, are important
• Additionally, you have experience with ServiceDesk systems and possess knowledge in IT security management; knowledge of Baramundi and Jira are advantageous
• You convince with a sense of responsibility, a careful and independent way of working, and strong customer, service, and team orientation
