IT Support Client Management (m/f/d) – Munich | Full-time

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as soon as possible as "IT Support Client Management (m/f/d)".

Tasks

• As an IT Support employee (m/f/d), you will look after workplace systems and user software and ensure reliable IT support for internal employees
• In addition, you will support the Service Desk with IT requests, technical malfunctions, and security-relevant incidents
• Furthermore, you will manage and optimize client management, user administration, and software distribution
• Additionally, you will implement IT security requirements in the area of workplace systems and continuously develop the client environment
• You will document technical processes and solutions

Qualification

• The basis is a training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), IT system electronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable IT qualification
• You have several years of professional experience as an IT Support employee (m/f/d), IT System Administrator (m/f/d), or IT Administrator (m/f/d) in managing Microsoft workplace systems
• Very good knowledge in the administration of clients and user software as well as experience with software distribution and user administration are important
• In addition, you have experience with Service Desk systems and possess knowledge in IT security management; knowledge of Baramundi and Jira are advantageous
• You convince with a sense of responsibility, a careful and independent way of working, as well as a strong customer, service, and team orientation
