IT Support Client Management (m/f/d) – Munich | Full-time
On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as soon as possible as an "IT Support Client Management (m/f/d)".
Tasks
- As an IT Support employee (m/f/d), you will look after workstation systems and application software and ensure reliable IT support for internal employees
- In addition, you will support the Service Desk with IT requests, technical malfunctions, and security-relevant incidents
- Furthermore, you will manage and optimize client management, user administration, and software deployment
- In addition, you will implement IT security requirements in the area of workstation systems and continuously develop the client environment
- You will document technical processes and solutions
Qualifications
- The basis is a vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), IT system electrician (m/f/d), or a comparable IT qualification
- You have several years of professional experience as an IT Support employee (m/f/d), IT System Administrator (m/f/d), or IT Administrator (m/f/d) in the support of Microsoft workstation systems
- Very good knowledge of the administration of clients and application software, as well as experience with software deployment and user administration, are important
- In addition, you have experience with Service Desk systems and possess knowledge in IT security management. Knowledge of Baramundi and Jira are advantageous
- You convince with a sense of responsibility, a careful and independent way of working, as well as strong customer, service, and team orientation
