As an IT Support Agent with German, you will be part of our global team that provides top-notch support to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include: • Providing technical assistance and support to internal and external customers; • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner; • Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex technical problems; • Developing and maintaining knowledge of our technologies and solutions; • Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends. Certifications: • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification is an asset.
