For this purpose, we are looking for experienced reinforcement in 2nd/3rd level IT support. You will primarily work in the office and support our clients and their employees in a wide range of tasks, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and providing technical assistance. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all IT systems are functioning properly. In addition, you will be responsible for documenting incidents and problems, as well as providing training and support to employees on the use of IT systems.
