IT-Support 2nd Level (m/w/d, Full-time, Unlimited)

We are as a mid-sized IT service provider for our customers a point of contact in all aspects of IT, from simple support to the setup of complex server environments.

We are looking for reinforcement in IT Support (m/w/d) for our team in Offenbach.

Tasks

• Planning and commissioning new environments as well as maintaining existing infrastructure
• Error analysis and correction when disturbances occur in the area of IT infrastructure
• Administration of server environments (AD, Terminal Server, Backup, Microsoft 365, VMware)
• You will be on-site at our customers' premises to deliver, set up, and optimize PC-, notebook-, and server systems (driver's license required)
• Supporting our customers with problems via phone and remote maintenance

Qualification

• You have completed an IT training program, - we also give quitters with professional experience a chance!
• You speak German and master the English language in writing and speaking
• You enjoy dealing with customers
• You show initiative, great enthusiasm, and have a high problem-solving competence
• You have very good comprehension skills, are flexible, and resilient
• You can organize the completion of tasks yourself
• You have very good knowledge of current Windows operating systems and can administer them independently
• You have good knowledge of Windows Server administration, AD, and VMware
• You are confident in handling Microsoft 365
