IT Support Junior

Ideal Candidate - Mandatory Minimum Requirements:

• Completed or ongoing studies in IT / Technical field

• Good knowledge of Windows, local network, printers

• Logical thinking and solution orientation

• Demonstrated interest in new technologies (AI, cloud, automation)

• Communication and teamwork skills.

Preferential Requirements (nice to have):

• Basic experience with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Google Gemini, etc.)

• Familiar with concepts such as: machine learning, APIs, RPA

• Experience in automating simple tasks.

Job Description - Main Responsibilities:

• Installation and configuration of operating systems

• Configuration and troubleshooting of printers, network, and peripherals

• Technical support for users

• Installation of office software (Office, browsers, antivirus, etc.)

• Maintaining IT equipment records

• Participation in basic projects involving modern technologies, including AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, RPA, etc.)

• Collaboration with the IT team for simple automations or testing AI applications in internal processes

• Research and application of the latest AI technologies (machine learning, NLP, computer vision, etc.).
