Ideal Candidate
Minimum Requirements:
• Completed or ongoing studies in the IT / Technical field
• Good knowledge of Windows, local network, and printers
• Logical thinking and orientation towards solutions
• Demonstrated interest in new technologies (AI, cloud, automation)
• Communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Requirements (nice to have):
• Basic experience with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Google Gemini, etc.)
• Familiarity with concepts such as machine learning, APIs, RPA
• Experience in automating simple tasks
Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
• Installing and configuring operating systems
• Configuring and troubleshooting printers, network, and peripherals
• Technical assistance for users
• Installing office software (Office, browsers, antivirus, etc.)
• Maintaining IT equipment records
• Participating in basic projects involving modern technologies, including AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, RPA, etc.)
• Collaborating with the IT team for simple automations or testing AI applications within internal processes
• Researching and applying the latest AI technologies (machine learning, NLP, computer vision, etc.)
