IT Strategy & Integration Manager

• Higher education degree in IT, engineering, management or equivalent;
• Relevant experience in coordinating complex IT projects at an organizational or group level;
• Solid knowledge about IT architecture, system integration, information security and IT governance;
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning and change management skills;
• Ability to analyze, communicate and orient towards practical and innovative solutions;
• Alignment with the values and organizational culture of the Group.

• Creates and structures the IT function at the Group level, establishing processes, standards and strategic priorities.

• Identifies the business needs of users from all entities within the Group and transforms them into efficient and sustainable technological solutions.

• Sets out to find the most suitable external partners for software, hardware and IT services, ensuring quality and compliance with the Group's standards.

• Coordinates the integration of all systems and applications into a unified technological ecosystem that respects internal IT policies and security.

• Led the processes of implementing new technologies, facilitates adaptation to change, ensures user training and manages communication between departments.

• Guarantees continuous operation and constant updating of IT infrastructure, providing sustainable technical support over the long term.
