IT Strategic Sourcing

Responsibilities Key Scope: Relationship Management Proactively foster effective collaboration and ensure strong communication with key client stakeholders and colleagues in and across the region(s) to deliver defined business goals. Develop key client stakeholder matrix per category/location, maintaining regular engagement and driving high levels of client engagement and satisfaction. Ensure appropriate supplier relationship management for assigned suppliers. Act as key contact person for IT strategic sourcing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize sourcing opportunities that align with business needs. Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of clients' requirements, expectations, and goals. Foster strong relationships with key client stakeholders, leveraging these connections to drive successful sourcing outcomes. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and IT teams. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with sourcing initiatives, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Develop and maintain accurate records of all sourcing activities, including supplier performance metrics and contract management. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress to key stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Ensure that all sourcing activities are conducted in accordance with established policies, procedures, and best practices.
