Aufgaben

As IT Specialist*in (m/w/d), you are the interface between our customers and technology.
You plan, organize and maintain IT projects in the service field from the first inquiry to successful implementation. You think ahead, take responsibility and ensure that our customers are not only satisfied but also enthusiastic.

In Detail means:

• You support our customers in First- and Second-Level-Support.
• You plan, maintain and develop IT Infrastructures in close coordination with the customers.
• You steer projects and work packages within your accounts.
• You recognize customer needs and develop suitable solution concepts.
• You work closely with internal teams and external partners.
• You take on tasks in Project Leadership or sub-project leadership.
• You are responsible for offers, calculation and project accounting. You ensure quality assurance, documentation and continuous improvement.

Qualifikation

What you bring:

• A completed education or study in the field of Computer Science, System Integration or IT Management – or equivalent practical experience.
• Techical understanding for networks, servers, Microsoft technologies and IT systems.
• Experience in customer support and project management.
• Analytical thinking and structured working method.
• A willingness to take responsibility and shape customer relationships.
• Good German and English language skills.
• A driving license of class B.
• A team spirit and the will to continuously develop yourself.
