We are finalizing the MVP for a KI product that fundamentally makes building planning more efficient.

The first pilot customers are ready and want to start testing live in February. To implement customer feedback quickly and train the AI, we are looking for an immediate technical co-founder (CTO) starting now.

Tasks

Your Mission from Day 1

• Continuously develop features & UX based on real customer feedback
• Train and improve our AI modules (Knowledge-Based Systems + LLM approaches)
• Take over code ownership of the MVP from the current CTO and lead the current CTO
• Safeguard stability, performance, and security
• In the medium term: Build a small tech team (students or freelancers)

Qualification

What you bring

• Hands-on development (full-stack and/or KI expertise)
• High speed with solid technical foundation
• Entrepreneurial mindset: What needs to work tomorrow to excite customers?
• Residence in the Stuttgart area or maximum 100 km radius (for quick coordination and co-working)
