The job is for you if you...

• are a specialist assistant for digitization and IT processes, Fibutroniker, DATEV specialist, digitization consultant, tax assistant with high IT affinity or career changers with sound DATEV and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• have experience with DATEV, use Microsoft 365 proficiently, are interested in digital processes, and are curious about AI applications.
• enjoy working across departments, can explain things clearly, enjoy working with people, and want to actively shape change.
• not only understand digitization, but want to shape it together with others.
• possess very good analytical skills and a quick grasp, work independently and take responsibility.
• bring openness and a willingness to learn as well as an interest in further training.
• are communicative, motivated and engaged - with a "look beyond the obvious".

What tasks await you with us:

• You are a consultant, motivator and translator between technology and practice.
• You analyze existing processes, identify potential for improvement, and jointly develop solutions with the specialist departments that work in everyday life. You work closely with the specialist departments and clients.
• You can participate in a wide variety of projects, e.g., introduction of new DATEV solutions, expansion of digital client processes, optimization of collaboration with Microsoft 365, development of modern knowledge management, introduction of Microsoft Copilot and DATEV Copilot, evaluation of new AI applications for tax advice and law firm everyday life, automation of recurring workflows, digitization of internal law firm processes, and development of new standards for digital collaboration.
• You will work with DATEV Unternehmen online, DATEV Eigenorganisation, DATEV interfaces, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, common AI systems, and cloud applications from various providers, among others.
• You are the point of contact for colleagues and clients.
