IT specialist- Filled

For our relation in Amsterdam, we are looking for an IT specialist. What will you do : You will provide technical support to end-users; You install, configure and maintain operating systems and software applications; You perform hardware upgrades and replacements if necessary; You resolve hardware and software problems related to desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals; You ensure compliance with company policy and procedures; You are responsible for project planning and coordination; You will work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of all IT systems; You will be available on call for emergency situations; You will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and be able to troubleshoot technical issues; You will be able to communicate effectively in Dutch and English; You will have experience with Windows, Linux, and other operating systems; You will have knowledge of network protocols and be able to configure routers and switches; You will have experience with Microsoft Office and other productivity software; You will have a strong understanding of IT security principles and be able to implement them; You will have experience with backup and recovery procedures; You will have knowledge of database management systems and be able to design and implement databases; You will have experience with cloud-based services such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud; You will have knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V; You will have a strong understanding of IT service management principles and be able to implement them; You will have experience with incident management and problem management processes; You will have knowledge of change management and release management processes; You will have experience with IT asset management and be able to track and manage IT assets; You will have knowledge of IT financial management and be able to budget for IT projects; You will have experience with IT service continuity planning and be able to develop business continuity plans; You will have knowledge of IT risk management and be able to identify and mitigate risks; You will have experience with IT compliance and regulatory requirements and be able to ensure compliance; You will have knowledge of IT architecture and be able to design and implement IT systems; You will have experience with IT project management and be able to manage IT projects; You will have knowledge of IT service desk tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA; You will have experience with IT automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef; You will have knowledge of IT monitoring and logging tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, or ELK Stack; You will have experience with IT backup and recovery tools such as Veeam, Veritas, or Acronis; You will have knowledge of IT security information and event management systems such as Splunk, ELK Stack, or ArcSight; You will have experience with IT service desk software such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Cherwell; You will have knowledge of IT project portfolio management tools such as CA PPM, Planview, or Microsoft Project; You will have experience with IT resource allocation and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Exchange, Google Calendar, or Outlook; You will have knowledge of IT budgeting and forecasting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or SAP; You will have experience with IT financial management software such as Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics GP; You will have knowledge of IT service continuity planning software such as ServiceNow, Cherwell, or JIRA; You will have experience with IT risk management software such as RSA Archer, IBM Risk Manager, or CA PPM; You will have knowledge of IT compliance and regulatory requirements software such as ComplianceQuest, PolicyTech, or MetricStream; You will have experience with IT architecture design software such as Visio, Lucidchart, or SmartDraw; You will have knowledge of IT project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello; You will have experience with IT service desk tools software such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Cherwell; You will have knowledge of IT automation tools software such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef; You will have experience with IT monitoring and logging tools software such as Nagios, Prometheus, or ELK Stack; You will have knowledge of IT backup and recovery tools software such as Veeam, Veritas, or Acronis; You will have experience with IT security information and event management systems software such as Splunk, ELK Stack, or ArcSight;
