IT Specialist – Therme Bucharest

• Has minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, ideally with hands-on experience in implementation and rollout projects.
• Holds relevant studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• Demonstrates excellent English skills (spoken and written).
• Is service-oriented towards internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Communicates clearly, adapts quickly, and maintains a positive, solution-oriented approach.
• Works reliably, collaboratively, and with high professional standards.
• Is immediately available or available in the near term.

• Administer and support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Windows Server environments.
• Manage LAN/WAN, IP networking services, routing/switching, and hardware infrastructure.
• Support and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, routers, switches, firewalls, and VoIP/SIP telephony systems.
• Provide software deployment, patching, and security updates for all managed devices.
• Ensure network and system security, including firewalls, VPN solutions, and endpoint protection.
• Administer and troubleshoot Hyper-V virtualization environments.
• Handle high-level incident resolution and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Manage corporate backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Monitor systems, applications, and security tools to ensure ongoing performance and availability.

• Provide support, configuration, and maintenance for:
• POS systems and cash registers (restaurants, pool bars, lounges)
• Fiscal devices (fiscal printers and fiscal modules)
• RFID readers and wristband access systems
• Turnstiles, access gates, and automated entry/exit systems
• Self-ordering kiosks and guest-facing digital ordering stations
