Job description
The Ideal Candidate

- We obviously need solid IT knowledge obtained and consolidated through practice;
- You don't have to know everything from the start. We learn as we go. It's useful to be a curious, self-taught person oriented towards identifying solutions;
- Good organization and task prioritization skills;
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
Job Description
- Scripting/programming (Perl, Bash, etc.);
- Administration and configuration for workstations and servers with Windows, Linux operating systems, and Apple computing systems;
- Minimum electronics skills;
- Language skills: English (intermediate level);
- Knowledge of configuring Android devices;
- PC/laptop assembly/troubleshooting knowledge;
- Fundamental knowledge of networking and internet operation;
- Easy understanding of documentation, technical specifications, and operation manuals.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in IT&C solution analysis, bidding, design, and implementation activities, in accordance with client requests;
- Providing technical/IT support for the company's clients (remote and/or onsite);
- Ensuring the reception, handling, and resolution of problems/events reported by clients;
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and equipment installed at clients;
- Travel with the team in Cluj county and neighboring counties (sporadic delegations to other areas of the country);
An advantage is:
- If you are characterized by: responsibility, proactivity, adherence to procedures, ethics, analytical/critical thinking;
- Knowledge of Linux / Unix (installation, configuration, administration, etc.) + program compilation;
- Driving license category B;
- Higher education (bachelor's degree) in a technical field, completed or in progress.
