The Role You will bridge the gap between internal user support and engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. This role is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, has a passion for learning, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical assistance to users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems. • Collaborate with engineers to identify and prioritize technical requirements. • Develop and maintain documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. • Participate in the development of new technologies and processes, staying current with industry trends and best practices. • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and learning from failures. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. • 2+ years of experience in IT support or similar role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL). • Experience with ticketing systems, such as JIRA or ServiceNow. • Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript. • Certification in CompTIA A+ or similar is an asset.
