· Offers level 1 IT support and assistance to employees in a dynamic work environment.
· Installs, configures, and maintains hardware, software, and office equipment efficiently.
· Troubleshoots network, email, and system access issues promptly and accurately.
· Provides assistance for configuring accounts, passwords, permissions, and user access management.
· Documents solutions, creates simple guides for users, and escalates complex problems when necessary.
· Takes responsibility for IT problems, tracks their resolution, and works proactively without constant supervision.
· Maintains the office's IT infrastructure (printers, routers, workstations, Wi-Fi) to ensure smooth daily operations.
· Remains vigilant about potential IT issues, resolves them before they become critical, and proposes improvements.
· Supports team members with a positive attitude, demonstrating initiative in learning new tools and technologies.
· Manages urgent IT requests with responsibility, ensuring rapid response time and minimizing interruptions.
