IT Specialist

Orienta SpA - Benefit Company, subsidiary of Mantova, is seeking an IT SPECIALIST for a client company located in the Castellucchio area. The resource will be inserted into the IT office and will be responsible for implementing data-driven technological solutions aimed at improving business processes. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Help desk support (mainly second-level), ticket management, and technical assistance to internal users. - Data analysis and reporting activities. - Development of SQL queries and use of tools such as Excel, Access, and Power BI. - Implementation of data visualization dashboards using Tableau or similar software. - Support for the development of business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI or similar tools. - Analysis and processing of large datasets to support decision-making processes. - Collaboration with other departments to identify and implement process improvements. - Development of technical documentation and training materials for internal users. - Participation in IT projects and initiatives aimed at improving the company's technological infrastructure. - Support for the development of data-driven solutions using machine learning algorithms and statistical models. - Analysis and processing of large datasets to support decision-making processes.
