IT Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for you at the earliest possible time as IT Specialist (m/w/d). The position will be filled directly with our client in an unlimited term of employment.

Tasks

• Supporting approximately 60 employees at the Munich location in various 1st- and 2nd-level support inquiries; together with another team member
• Configuring and personalizing hardware (PCs, printers, tablets, smartphones)
• Installing and troubleshooting different software solutions
• Carrying out maintenance work (software and hardware)
• Monitoring and ensuring the functionality of conference technologies (including video conferencing)
• Joint processing of the ticketing system
• Maintaining an IT inventory
• Independent observation and introduction of new technology solutions
• Taking over own (global) IT projects after consultation and competence profile

Qualification

• You hold a successfully completed training as a specialist for system integration (m/w/d) or a comparable training/study
• You have very good English skills
• Professional experience in a law firm is mandatory
• It would be ideal if you had already gained professional experience as an IT support specialist (m/w/d) or system administrator
• You possess knowledge of the most important MS Office products and a good general understanding of hardware (PCs, printers, tablets, notebooks, and servers)
• You convince through meticulous work habits and friendly demeanor
