companies and their service providers.

Security Team, we are looking for you as an IT Specialist (m/f/d) for the Network
area with a focus on firewalling.

Tasks

• You plan, configure and operate firewall solutions with a focus on Sophos, OPNsense and SecurePoint.
• You manage central security policies of the FWs - including policy management, VPN configuration and threat prevention.
• You integrate FW systems into hybrid and cloud-based environments.
• You take over troubleshooting, updates, back-up and restore as well as regular maintenance.
• You assist with audits, security analyses and have experience with penetration tests.

Qualification

• at least 5 years of professional experience (excl. training) in the IT Security/Network area
• Sound knowledge of network administration, system administration and cloud technologies
• Very good knowledge in the areas of IT security, data protection and compliance
• Strong communication skills as well as leadership skills and assertiveness
• Analytical skills, strategic thinking and a structured way of working
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
