Michael Page The ideal candidate will be responsible for: - Managing relationships with internal and external clients who provide application support - First-level help desk activities on the company's ERP system and departmental vertical systems (Warehouse, Production, Quality, PLM, BI) - Second-level support through coordination with external partners - Assessment of processes and functional and detailed analysis of configurations and customizations of ERP and departmental systems - Coordination of Integration Tests and User Acceptance Tests - Release management of fixes and evolutive updates - Creation of data analysis reports and support for users in using analytical tools The candidate has: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields - Minimum 3 years of experience in similar IT roles - Excellent knowledge of the English language - Good knowledge of ERP systems - Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Copilot, ChatGPT, and fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence - Knowledge of IoT topics and Industry 4.0 principles The company is a global leader operating in the industrial/manufacturing sector, recognized for its high-quality products and innovative approach to technology, near Bergamo. - Indefinite contract with a competitive salary between €36,000 and €44,000 per year. - Company bonus tied to performance. - Opportunity for professional growth in an innovative context. - Collaborative work environment oriented towards technology. - Continuous training and support for developing technical skills If you are interested in this position as IT Specialist in the industrial/manufacturing sector, do not hesitate to apply!
