MAW S.p.A. Divisione Permanent, for an important industrial reality operating in the flexible packaging sector, is looking for the following professional figure:

IT SPECIALIST

The resource will be employed at the production plant in Pregnana Milanese (MI) and will be the point of reference for the management of the site's IT systems, reporting directly to the Group IT Manager.

The figure sought will have a hybrid role, combining system management activities of the IT infrastructure and software development, with particular reference to SQL and VB.NET.

The resource will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage and support the local IT infrastructure, dealing with hardware, software, workstations, peripherals, and network;
• Provide support to users in resolving hardware and software issues;
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, peripherals, printers, and IT systems;
• Extract data and develop reports to support company functions and production;
• Develop, modify, and maintain company software procedures;
• Collaborate with the Group IT Manager in the integration and evolution of company information systems.

Professional requirements

• Diploma as an IT Technician, Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent qualification;
• 3-5 years of experience in IT roles within corporate contexts, preferably manufacturing;
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases;
• Good knowledge of VB.NET and ability to intervene on existing code;
• Knowledge of the main hardware infrastructures, networks, and IT systems;
• Interest and predisposition for both the systems administration field and software development.

Profile completion: Problem-solving skills, aptitude for user contact, and interest in participating in company information system evolution projects.

Work location: Pregnana Milanese (MI)

RAL: € 30,000 - € 35,000. The contract will however be commensurate with the experience and skills acquired.
