IT Specialist

LHH Per a company specialized in information technology consulting services, we are currently looking for an IT Specialist in Bologna. Responsibilities The figure will be responsible for the following activities: - Providing technical support on-site and remotely of first level for workstations, peripherals, and software. - Resolving common problems related to Windows operating systems, corporate network, access, and printers. - Managing user requests in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborating with internal IT teams for complex ticket escalation or second-level interventions. - Writing intervention reports and updating technical documentation for each client followed. Your Profile Candidates will be considered who possess the following requirements: - Knowledge of network systems - System administration knowledge - Experience with corporate hardware - Good mastery of the English language - In possession of a B driving license - Available for trips in Emilia-Romagna and the Triveneto region Role: IT/Technology
