Our client is a modern economic law firm inDüsseldorf. The company is looking for you at the earliest possible time asIT Specialist im 1st to 2nd Level Support (m/w/d).

The position will be filled directly with our client in an unlimited term.

Aufgaben

• Quality before quantity - instead of processing numerous tickets, focus on quick, courteous, and competent service for all employees at the Düsseldorf location.
• You ensure a smooth flow of hard- and software infrastructure at the Düsseldorf location.
• You need experience in common operating systems, especially Windows.
• Maintenance of user accounts (MS Exchange and MS Active Directory)
• You need good knowledge of MS Office applications, WLAN and LAN, smartphones and tablets (especially Apple), desktop PCs, laptops, and printers.
• Experience with TCP/IP, client/server systems, network printers, and network technologies
• Good knowledge in automated software distribution as well as Windows, iManage, and Adobe is advantageous
• You set up new workstations and cable the corresponding hardware.
• You are available to your team for all technical questions.
• You are responsible for troubleshooting with video conference technology.

Qualifikation

• You hold a completed training as a specialist in system integration or can demonstrate your expertise through several years of work experience.
• You have good communicative skills and a polite demeanor at all levels.
• You are characterized by very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
• You can quickly learn new topics autodidactically and implement them.
