IT Specialist
Job description
Our client, a global leader in chemical manufacturing with a strong presence in Asia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Specialist to join their team in Singapore. Key responsibilities: Provide hands-on second-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issuesboth in person and remotely. Ensure timely resolution of support tickets in line with priority levels and SLA commitments. Maintain and manage core IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems. Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements. Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
