IT Specialist / Business Analyst / Project Manager F/H

In this context, we are seeking for one of our clients: an IT Specialist / Business Analyst / Project Manager at 100%. Missions: Vision product & expertise métier - Gather, analyze, and challenge user needs - Translate expectations into clear, value-oriented user stories - Structure business processes and become the functional reference point - Be a driving force in functional and technical design choices - Maintain a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap Pilotage de projets & coordination transverse - Develop and follow project roadmaps: objectives, milestones, resources - Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle - Pilot deliveries: planning, development, testing, deployment - Ensure respect for deadlines, budget, and quality of deliverables - Communicate regularly on progress and necessary arbitrations Qualité, tests et conduite du changement - Write and execute functional test scenarios (UAT) - Validate deliverables and ensure conformity to business expectations - Organize documentation, training, and user support - Collect feedback from the field to fuel continuous improvement Profil recherché: - Minimum 5 years of experience in hybrid Product Owner / Business Analyst / Project Manager roles - Solid understanding of information systems, APIs, integrations, and technical constraints - Very good knowledge of business issues, ideally in construction, BTP, or transport sectors - Ability to take on a functional reference role with teams and ease of collaboration with developers, departments, and external partners - Mastery of various project management methodologies and tools - Excellent listening, communication, analysis, and synthesis skills - Autonomy, rigor, initiative, and strong results orientation Pourquoi postuler ? - Internal advantages - Innovative company This opportunity interests you?
