Tasks

Your Role:

You will help build our in-house IT – and that's exactly what makes this role special. You will further develop our IT infrastructure from a well-established environment into a future-proof, structured landscape. No corporate ticket system, no departmental thinking – but real ownership over network, servers, cloud, and end devices.

Your tasks include:

• Administration and further development of our network and firewall infrastructure (Fortinet FortiGate, VLANs, VPN, segmentation)
• Operation and optimization of our Windows server environment including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware)
• Administration of our Microsoft 365 tenant – Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, and Intune
• Standardized end-device management for Windows and iOS including onboarding & offboarding
• Building a solid IT security and compliance structure: authorization concept, backup strategy, documentation
• Automation of routine processes with PowerShell or Python

Qualification

Your Profile:

• Min. initial experience as an IT System Engineer or Administrator
• In-depth know-how in at least two areas: Network/Firewall, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Virtualization, or IT Security
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate as well as Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and GPOs
• Confident handling of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
• Structured, proactive work approach – you don't wait for tickets, you recognize the need for action yourself
• Nice-to-have: Experience in a production environment (OT/IT), certifications (Fortinet, Microsoft), or knowledge of ISO 27001 / NIS2
