Realization of the project will facilitate Your Higher Education in Computer Science or related fields At least 5 years of experience as an Architect, IT Architect, or Senior Systems Designer, including system design from scratch and integration Wide knowledge about various technologies (databases, programming languages, cloud platforms etc.) and ability to select technology for project needs Familiarity with architectural and design patterns (e.g. SOA, microservices, monoliths, …) Ability to work in a team and lead small teams Strong communication skills in Polish and English Experience in Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git Knowledge of security standards and regulations (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA) Understanding of business processes and ability to analyze them Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities Experience in designing and implementing solutions for the insurance industry Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g. Polish Insurance Act, EU General Data Protection Regulation) Understanding of data protection principles and ability to design secure systems Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA, TestRail) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience in designing and implementing solutions for the financial industry Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g. Polish Banking Act, EU General Data Protection Regulation) Understanding of data protection principles and ability to design secure systems Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA, TestRail) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
