Job Responsibilities:

• First point of contact on site for end-users regarding IT problems, particularly hardware-related issues (client, smartphone) and supporting error analysis and resolution
• Implementation and support of local IT-related business requirements in close coordination with central IT structures (CDI) to ensure uniform standards
• Maintenance of documentation of local IT infrastructure and support for operation and implementation of changes (network, firewalls, servers, media technology)
• Coordination and communication of changes with operational critical areas on site, particularly as a test coordinator for business-critical changes
• Support and technical maintenance of production-like IT applications and services (e.g. telephony, MES systems like CES, MIS, LMS, LIMS, and laboratory systems)
• Coordination and participation in group-wide IT strategy projects (e.g.
