Ihre Aufgaben

• Taking over the 2nd-Level-Support for clarifying user problems in connection with email encryption and digital service cards

• Analysis, identification, diagnosis, and elimination of application errors and software problems in the production environment

• Issuing and locking X.509 certificates, as well as processing certificate requests using OpenXPKI

• Creating, adapting, and maintaining technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base entries in SVN and Wiki

• Configuration support for external partners for EMV connections, as well as maintaining existing and contact data in the address book

• Conducting tests for PKI components (LRA-Clients, Card-LifeCycle) and GUI tests in test and integration environments

• Ensuring the connection of external customers to directory services via LDAP

• Conducting targeted knowledge transfer and onboarding of internal employees in ticket processing and error elimination routines

Muss-Anforderungen

• Fundamental experience in 2nd-Level-Support in the context of PKI systems and certificate management

• Knowledge in issuing and locking X.509 certificates, as well as processing certificate requests

• Practical experience in handling OpenXPKI

• Experience in error analysis and user support for problems with email encryption and digital service cards

• Security in creating and maintaining technical documentation in SVN and Wiki systems

• Basic knowledge in LDAP connections and directory services

• Basic knowledge in handling the Microsoft Windows operating system

• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Kann-Anforderungen

• Basic knowledge in SecDocs Signature Client (SAK) or comparable middleware

• Experience with CardButler, BACSpider (Container) or OSCMD-Minitreivers

• Knowledge in conducting GUI tests and component tests for PKI solutions (e.g. IDExpert, Prime)

• Experience with ticket systems for error elimination (e.g. ARS)

• Knowledge in configuring support for EMV problems
