We are currently looking for an IT Shared Services Leader who will be responsible for building and developing the IT Shared Services model within the Żabka Group. Their responsibilities will include defining the service offering, pricing, and billing, developing the portfolio, and cooperating with Group companies. What will be your responsibilities? supporting the development of the IT Shared Services model in the Żabka Group through cooperation with companies and Technology and Finance areas; coordinating and developing IT service billing processes between Group companies, including preparing data for billing and monitoring its accuracy; actively cooperating with Group companies to identify IT service needs and supporting the implementation of new shared services; managing and updating the IT service catalog, including ensuring the completeness of service descriptions, service delivery principles, and billing models; preparing cost analyses, calculations, and recommendations supporting the development of IT shared services; co-creating chargeback and showback models and monitoring the costs of services provided to Group companies; supporting the standardization of processes, tools, and cooperation principles in the area of IT services; identifying opportunities for optimization and automation of processes related to IT service delivery and billing; preparing reports, analyses, and materials supporting business decision-making regarding shared services; cooperating with Finance, Technology, Tax, Legal, Business Service Center, and other Group companies; supporting initiatives related to building awareness and increasing the utilization of IT shared services in the Group. Who are we looking for? you have at least 5 years of experience in IT management, including IT operations and services; you have experience in organizations operating with a Shared Services model, Center of Excellence, outsourcing, or distributed structures; you have participated in building or transforming IT or SSC organizations; you have experience in managing IT budgets and cost optimization; you are familiar with the practical aspects of IT Service Management (ITIL) and IT operational models; you have experience in cooperating with suppliers and negotiating contracts; you can combine technology, business, and finance perspectives; you can build processes from scratch, simplify complex environments, and effectively manage change; you act independently, make decisions, and take responsibility for their implementation; you have proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level. Experience gained in a transformational environment is a plus; higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Economics, or Finance; ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications.
