IT Service Technician Onsite Support (m/f/d) - Berlin Location

For the support of our customer in Berlin, we are currently looking for an IT Service Technician who can support our services onsite.

Responsibilities

• You will support our customers in Berlin through onsite support or from our office in Berlin
• You will be responsible for receiving, qualifying, recording, and processing disruptions in the IT operations of our customers in first-level support
• You will handle communication and clarification with customers regarding disruptions and upcoming tasks
• You will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of customer devices onsite
• You will create and maintain technical documentation and content in our internal knowledge base
• You will be in close contact with our colleagues at the main location in Darmstadt

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable training
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Solution-oriented way of thinking and acting, as well as a high degree of quality awareness
• Service orientation and self-motivation
• Ideally, initial practical experience in IT support
• Good knowledge of network technologies, Microsoft AD/Entra ID, Windows Server
• Ideally, knowledge of firewalls, backups, patching, and license management
• Driver's license class B
