Job description

For the support of our customer in Berlin, we are currently looking for an IT Service Technician who can support our services onsite.

You will support our customers in Berlin through onsite support or from our office in Berlin
You will be responsible for receiving, qualifying, recording, and processing disruptions in the IT operations of our customers in first-level support
You will handle communication and clarification with customers regarding disruptions and upcoming tasks
You will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of customer devices onsite
You will create and maintain technical documentation and content in our internal knowledge base
You will be in close contact with our colleagues at the main location in Darmstadt

Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable training
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
Solution-oriented way of thinking and acting, as well as a high degree of quality awareness
Service orientation and self-motivation
Ideally, initial practical experience in IT support
Good knowledge of network technologies, Microsoft AD/Entra ID, Windows Server
Ideally, knowledge of firewalls, backups, patching, and license management
Driver's license class B
