Tasks

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, POS systems, printers, mobile devices, and other IT hardware
• Analyzing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and connection issues, as well as conducting diagnostic tests and updates
• Technical support for users on-site and via remote support, including short training sessions as needed
• Repairing, replacing, and upgrading IT and network components to ensure stable system performance
• Identifying and eliminating security threats such as viruses, malware, adware, and spyware
• Supporting the diagnosis and resolution of network and connection problems in LAN and WLAN environments

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in IT support or as a computer technician
• Familiarity with clients and end devices (PCs, POS systems, printers, smartphones, tablets, and peripherals)
• Good knowledge of common Microsoft operating systems
• First-hand experience with LAN/WAN networks and basic network understanding
• Able to analyze and troubleshoot issues
• Service-oriented communication – verbally and in writing
• Structured, independent work style, as well as excellent organization and time management skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+) are a plus
• Very good German and English language skills (at least B2 according to CEFR)
